35 Chevy Pinched Nose Open Wheel Roadster

Body
Including open wheeled body, doors hung and latched, trunk lid hung, floor, tunnel cover, dash board, firewall, hood and grill with hood sides

Hand-crafted fiberglass laminate featuring: hand laid layers of fiberglass, durable gelcoat surface and an inner core, providing high strength and superior surface quality.  All high stress areas are reinforced with heavy woven roving (woven strands fiberglass at 90 degrees, used in most boat manufacturing) providing the strongest; most durable body in the industry.

No fiberglassing required: all inner components, floor, firewall, trunk liners and door liners are pre-glassed and bonded in place. Doors and trunk liners are bonded together in the molds with custom fixtures for precise and accurate placement.

Door frames and dash are supported with hardwood and plywood inner structure for stability and solid mounting of hinges and latches.

Trunk hinge pivots are steel reinforced, precisely located and fiberglassed in place.
Doors and trunk lid come hinged to the body using taped sandwich plates behind inner liners for strength and adjustability.

Doors are latched with bear claw rotary safety latches and come with regular or suicide doors.

We mold our own bodies utilizing our 27 years experience in the fiberglass industry.  Our vast experience allows us to offer bodies in Kevlar and Kevlar-carbon fiber. Our bodies are so well aligned that we remove all flash lines (lines formed from seams in multiple piece molds) from the gelcoat surface.  All fiberglass components go through our 12 point total cure process, insuring no post cure, and are inspected at each step of production. Every component is machined buffed to insure that the surface is even, flat and shiny.

These features combine to give our customers the highest quality body and ease of assembly.

For as long as I can remember I have had a pure passion for cars and anything with a motor. I spent a good number of years working in the automotive, marine, metal fabrication and fiberglass fields learning all I could from some of the best teachers a guy could have. 12 Years ago I started a collision and repair shop of my own in Western new York shortly after that I was pushed by a good friend to do a custom paint job on his motorcycle after doing so I found yet another new passion in the custom end. Thrilling my old friend he then give the nick named my eddytheb and it just seamed to stick. Recently my wife Dori has added her skills on the sewing machine to the list of things we have to offer. This along with handling all the paperwork see does custom embroidery and interiors.

We are here to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. We help you protect your investment by offering full documentation of every single nut and bolt on any automobile we work on. Check out a sample of one of our Documentation and Build Books..
