57 Corvette

Body
Hand-crafted fiberglass laminate; featuring layers of fiberglass on a gel coated surface and an inner core, providing high strength and superior surface quality. All high stress areas are reinforced with heavy woven roving, providing the strongest most durable and stable body in the industry.

There is no fiber glassing required, all inner liners and components, floor, fire wall, rear bulkhead, front wheel wells, doors, hood and trunk liners are fiber glassed in the molds with custom fixtures for precise and accurate placement. Our doors, hood, and trunk utilize a full inner liner system for strength and rigidity with a smooth finished look.

Doors, hood, top hatch and trunk come installed on the body using tapped sandwich plates behind their inner liners for strength and adjustability.

We mold our own bodies to exact outer dimensions using original specifications, our trunk tire well has been removed to allow a gas tank to be mounted in it’s place if using larger tires or IRS suspension and our firewall and front wheel wells changed to fit other than original front suspension. We’re utilizing our 27 years experience in the fiberglass industry which allows us to offer bodies in kevlar and kevlar carbon fiber. All bodies are molded and aligned so well that we remove all flash lines (lines formed from seams in molds) from the gel coat surface. All fiberglass components go through our 12 step total cure process, insuring no post cure and are inspected at each step of production. Every component is hand buffed to insure that the surface is even, flat and shiny. These features provide our customers with the highest quality and the shortest assembly time.

For as long as I can remember I have had a pure passion for cars and anything with a motor. I spent a good number of years working in the automotive, marine, metal fabrication and fiberglass fields learning all I could from some of the best teachers a guy could have. 12 Years ago I started a collision and repair shop of my own in Western new York shortly after that I was pushed by a good friend to do a custom paint job on his motorcycle after doing so I found yet another new passion in the custom end. Thrilling my old friend he then give the nick named my eddytheb and it just seamed to stick. Recently my wife Dori has added her skills on the sewing machine to the list of things we have to offer. This along with handling all the paperwork see does custom embroidery and interiors.

We are here to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. We help you protect your investment by offering full documentation of every single nut and bolt on any automobile we work on. Check out a sample of one of our Documentation and Build Books..
